When you sign up for a free product or service or you purchase something from our website – womenwritesmovement.com, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WOMEN WRITES MOVEMENT MEMBERSHIP
This is a membership whereby as a paid member, you will gain access to information and training offered by or through Glenna Mageau of the Women Writes Movement.
If at any time though you wish you cancel, please know that I will be sad to see you go but totally understand and wish you well with your writing.
If you are on a monthly membership and you cancel your subscription, there will be no refund for that month but you will not be charged for any additional months. The start of your payments begins on the day you pay when you first join the Women Writes Movement.
- For example: You buy your membership April 5 and then cancel on July 20th. April 5 would be considered your start date and the 5th would be your subscription payment. Therefore if you cancel on July 20th you would not be reimbursed for July but would not pay on August 5th.
If you are on an annual membership, you can cancel at any time, a refund for any unused outstanding months will be made but no partial payments for the month that the cancellation occurred.
- For example. You buy your annual membership January 8th but decide to cancel June 10th . You would be reimbursed for July through Dec., so 6 months but not for Months Jan. to June.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
